Scandinavian Virtual Area Control Center (VACCSCA) would like to welcome pilots to put our controller Tore Urvik to a test for him to earn his C1-rating. The Controller Practical Test will take place on the 5th of April between 18:00 and 20:00z. Will this be one of the nice CAVOK, freezing winter nights, or the last winter snowstorm?
