Ronneby is one of Sweden's three remaining air wings, with the F 17 air wing based here. It is also connected to Stockholm with SAS to Arlanda and Blekingeflyg to Bromma.

MIL standard jet departures

• RWY 01: "Standard departure 030°": When passing end of RWY, turn right to 030°, then follow ATC clearance.
• RWY 19: "Standard departure 220°": When passing railway south of RWY, turn right to 220°, then follow ATC clearance.
• ACFT JAS 39: Maintain 380 kt (700 km/h) during departure in TMA, unless otherwise instructed.

• ATS radar vectors to final approach
•  Pilot reports "established", ATS requests pilot to reduce speed at distance 14 NM (26 km)
• ATS radar monitors and notifies distance at 5.4 NM (10 km)
• Cross distance 5.4 NM (10 km) at 1980 ft MSL (550 m QFE)
• Missed approach: Climb straight ahead to 2820 ft MSL (800 m QFE)
